These Yoga classes are designed especially for men. Yoga is great for footballers, golfers, boxers, cyclists, weightlifters and athletes. Yoga postures and techniques boost muscle power. Stretching complements weight training, ensuring that muscle length is maintained.
The classes are physically demanding and designed to increase strength and flexibility through advanced postures. Breathwork is incorporated into the postures, and the classes conclude with meditation - improving concentration and lowering stress.
