Pregnancy is a time when the whole body is filled with creative energy and life force. These classes have been specially designed for mums-to-be. They include a wide range of Yoga asanas and exercises combined with breathing and relaxation techniques for helping to bring flexibility, strength and awareness to your body during the creation of a new life. It is considered safe for you to join a Pregnancy Yoga class from the thirteenth week of pregnancy until your birthing date. But before the end of the first trimester we advise that only breathing techniques and relaxation are practised.
