Yoga practice is now well researched and documented as a path to well-being and relief from anxiety, stress and depression as well as aches and pains. While Yoga is known for its inner focus, surprisingly research has shown it also contributes to the healing of various ailments when applied with knowledge and insight. A number of TYA teachers provide Yoga as a therapy, to meet individual needs, often along with other therapies like acupuncture or massage.
