Liz is a practicing complementary therapist who has for many years taught Yoga to her patients and students as a means of not only improving their physical health but also of getting in touch with underlying emotional issues that bring imbalance to body and mind. Knowing the importance of vitality through the other therapies she practises, Liz brings to her students an awareness of themselves not only as physical and mental bodies, but beings made of energy too.

I am available for private classes that cater for all age groups and levels of fitness and my classes seem to be most popular among those wishing to relax and de-stress in body and mind. I place a great emphasis on breathwork to release areas of tension in the body and introduce students to techniques that will help them recognise stress. The other important components of any class for me are spirituality and humour. I was personally drawn to Yoga because I wanted to improve my flexibility and lung capacity. However, I found that the benefits have gone far beyond my original expectations.
