Susanna's interest in Yoga began after sustaining a prolapsed disc. Having tried many different forms of therapy, she discovered an excellent Yoga teacher, who helped her to understand the underlying problem, and through the awareness of the breath, to release unnecessary tension and move more easily.

“As an ex-registered nurse, I was used to doing physical tasks for patients, but felt I wanted to give people the power and knowledge to heal themselves. Yoga gives the individual the awareness and skills to achieve this on a spiritual, emotional and physical level, and allows time for reflection and balance in sometimes very busy schedules.”
