Sam has been around Yoga all her life and she enjoys the inspirational, authentic and beautiful teachings of Yoga by her Mum and Yoga teacher, Swami Ambikananda.

Sam completed her TYA training in 2002 and she combines teaching Hatha Yoga with working as an IT Consultant and being Mum to two beautiful children.

In 2014, Sam launched ‘Silk Yoga’ studio in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Silk Yoga offers various styles of Yoga and Pilates. Sam also works with two large corporations in Manchester offering lunchtime Hatha Yoga classes to city employees.

Sam finds that Yoga bestows a little space in her busy life and she attributes a sense of calm and confidence to her life as a student and teacher of Yoga. A discount is offered to Fire Rescue services in her classes.
