Mary's initial reasons for embarking on the lengthy Yoga Teachers Training course was to further her own studies. However, she soon discovered that she really enjoyed teaching Yoga - whether it is with a class or on a one-to-one basis, finding both extremely rewarding. After many years of spinal problems and countless visits to Chiropractors and Osteopaths she discovered Yoga purely by chance. The back and shoulder pain previously experienced quickly disappeared. Mary teaches public classes in Beaconsfield and Penn Street as well as individual lessons by arrangement - either at client’s premises, (within environs of Maidenhead, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross), or at her own home.
