“All abilities are welcome at my sessions from beginners to those with more advanced skills or specialist needs. I encourage a safe and supportive environment that makes the practice of asanas, relaxation, breath work and the development of personal awareness both enjoyable and rewarding. I include music to both enhance practice and make warm up a fun group experience. Through observation of individual needs, I can vary postures and sessions to achieve specific results, encourage inclusion and enhance practice.”

“My professional background allows me to provide advice and cater for Yoga with particular health related issues such as injuries, illness and pregnancy. Yoga for pregnancy is a great opportunity to prepare the mind as well as the body for childbirth by encouraging well-being and relaxation through postures and breathing techniques. Breathing deeply during the postnatal period, brings oxygen and vitality to each cell of the body, promotes repair of body tissues, tones the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles and encourages release of physical, emotional and mental stress.”
