As a child Ben was fascinated by the illustrated Yoga book gathering dust on the shelf at his family home. Some years later he took the book with him on a whim before returning to university and began to explore the Yoga within the pages. It was two years before he attended a Yoga class, which was taught by a Traditional Yoga Association® teacher and brought about a remarkable and profound healing within him over time. He has tried many different types of Yoga and brings that experience with him to his popular classes. Ben teaches in the beautiful countryside throughout Somerset and Wiltshire and gives private Yoga sessions to individuals, partners and families.

It restores breath, bringing life-giving oxygen to every cell in the body. ”
