“The first Yoga class I attended was to support a friend who had trained with the Traditional Yoga Association®. I knew nothing of Yoga, apart from a few celebrities raved about it. So I went along with a very open mind. I enjoyed the class and went home feeling good but thinking what was all the fuss about?! Well, I experienced the best night's sleep I had had for a long while as well as enriched energy level. Could Yoga have given this to me? I had to go back and find out, and yes from then I was hooked. For me Yoga is a continuous present which just keeps on giving! Even when you think you have learnt all that Yoga has to offer, it keeps surprising me in all different ways. And I want to share this gift (and feeling)! A discount is offered to Fire Rescue services in my classes.”
